Build a business with no existing playbook.
Kebbe Bleiben was an entrepreneurial test bed as much as a company: define the market, build the operating model, learn which customer groups respond, and keep changing the product and messaging until the economics improve.
End-to-end ownership.
As co-founder and CEO, I owned strategy and execution across product direction, customer segmentation, marketing, production, logistics, customer engagement, branding and commercial priorities. That meant the feedback loop was direct: customer behavior could change the segment, product offer, messaging or operating model.
Structured experimentation outside a laboratory.
The same habit I use in technical R&D showed up in a commercial setting: form a hypothesis, run a test, inspect the signal, and change direction when the evidence is stronger than the original idea. The business explored roughly 30 segments and moved toward three higher-potential opportunities rather than staying attached to the initial assumptions.
